Will tapping in and out still work?
Yes. The thin vinyl does not get in the way, so you tap in and out just as you are used to.
Will the sticker fit my travel card?
Yes, if your card has the standard bank-card size. The sticker is cut to that size to the millimetre. Not sure? Hold a bank card against your travel card: if they are the same size, it fits.
My card has my photo and name on it. Is that a problem?
The sticker covers the whole front, including a photo and name. If they need to stay visible, put the sticker on a card without a photo instead.
Which chip option should I choose?
No chip visible on your card? Choose No chip; it is already selected on this page. If you do see a chip, choose Small chip or Large chip so it stays clear.
Can I take the sticker off, for example when I get a new card?
Yes. Peel it off from a corner; the adhesive leaves no residue. Then put a new sticker on your new card, with the same design or a different one.
Can I use my own photo or text?
Yes. In the designer you create your sticker with your own photo, text or image. A custom-designed sticker is made just for you, so it cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged or incorrect.
What does shipping cost and how fast is delivery?
Shipping is 2.99 per order and free from 3 stickers. We ship within 1-2 business days.
Do I get a free sticker?
From 3 stickers you pick a free sticker of your choice from the collection in your cart, from 6 stickers two, from 9 stickers three and from 12 stickers four. Free stickers themselves do not count, and shipping is free from 3 stickers as well.
