Can the checkout still scan my loyalty card?
Yes, if the code is on the back: the sticker only goes on the front. If the code is on the front, use the store’s digital card in its app (if there is one) or put the sticker on a different card.
Will the sticker fit my loyalty card?
Yes, if your card is the standard bank card size. The sticker is cut to that size to the millimetre and goes on the front. Not sure? Hold a bank card against your loyalty card: if they are the same size, it fits.
Which chip option should I choose?
No chip on the front of your card? Choose No chip; it is already selected here. If your card does have a chip, choose Small chip or Large chip so the chip stays clear.
Can I remove the sticker, for example when I get a new card?
Yes. Peel it off from one corner; the adhesive leaves no residue. You can then put a new sticker on your new card, with the same design or a different one.
Can I use my own photo or text?
Yes. In the designer you create your sticker with your own photo, text or image. A custom-designed sticker is made just for you, so it cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged or incorrect.
What does shipping cost and how fast is delivery?
Shipping is 2.99 per order and free from 3 stickers. We ship within 1-2 business days.
Do I get a free sticker?
From 3 stickers you pick a free sticker of your choice from the collection in your cart, from 6 stickers two, from 9 stickers three and from 12 stickers four. Free stickers themselves do not count, and shipping is free from 3 stickers as well.
