At CardSticker we want you to be happy with your sticker. Below you can read when and how you can return an order.

14-day cooling-off period

If you ordered a sticker with a ready-made design from our collection, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your order. Within this period you may cancel and return the order without giving a reason.

Custom-designed stickers

Stickers that you designed or personalised yourself (with your own photo, text or image) are made to your specifications. Under applicable consumer law (Article 6:230p(f) of the Dutch Civil Code) these are exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Did your sticker arrive damaged or faulty, or did you receive the wrong product? We will always put it right free of charge with a replacement or a refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt with your order number and a photo.

How to return

  1. Email hello@cardsticker.org with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will send you the return instructions.
  3. Return the product in good, undamaged condition. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the item was damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for your order.
